Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-24 · Pre-launch. This policy covers the REDTIM priority-list sign-up form at redtimwatches.com.

Who is responsible for your data

Alberto Salazar Peris — independent founder of the REDTIM project (sole trader, Spain). Contact: info@redtimwatches.com. Full company registration details will be published before any commercial sale.

What we collect

Why we use it (purpose & legal basis)

To manage the pre-launch priority list and send you project updates, laboratory results and news about the planned Kickstarter. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form. No payment is taken and no pre-orders are placed.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, or until the project concludes — whichever comes first.

Who we share it with (processors)

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. It is handled only by the service providers we need in order to run the priority list:

International transfers

Our hosting, mailbox and analytics providers process your data within the EU/EEA by default. Our email/priority-list platform (Klaviyo) is based in the United States, so managing the list involves a transfer there. Where data is processed outside the EEA, it relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. No transfer is made to any country without one of these safeguards in place.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@redtimwatches.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Cookies & analytics

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics (PostHog, EU hosting) runs in a cookieless mode that stores nothing on your device and respects your browser's "Do Not Track" setting. No session recording is used.
